East Valley Water District
Weist Law worked with East Valley Water District to identify and capture federal tax credit funding tied to their infrastructure projects. As a result, the District has received over $22.4 million back from the federal government, creating significant new funding for their system and community.

Santa Cruz Port District
The Santa Cruz Port District engaged Weist Law to serve as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of its Series 2026 Enterprise Revenue Obligations to repair, replace, and modernize multiple docks and related harbor infrastructure following significant storm damage sustained in late 2024.

Gold Ridge Fire Protection District
Gold Ridge Fire Protection District partnered with Weist Law and CalMuni Advisors to prepare for and execute a major financing to support new fire station facilities. Through early planning and a strong financial framework, the District achieved an AA+ rating and favorable market pricing, resulting in lower long-term borrowing costs.

City of Cotati
Weist Law worked with the City to determine that a comprehensive approach to managing City reserves, street improvement project funding, and UAL repayment was the most advantageous course of action.

North County Fire Protection District
The North County Fire Protection District of Monterey County engaged Weist Law to help them issue Taxable Revenue Bonds to refinance a portion of the District's outstanding pension unfunded accrued liability.

City of Susanville
The City of Susanville engaged Weist Law in order to prepare for a public offering of taxable debt in order to make a large additional discretionary prepayment to CalPERS for their unfunded accrued liability.

City of Mt. Shasta
The City of Mt. Shasta engaged Weist Law in order to finance the construction of its new $25,000,000 wastewater system improvement project.

City of Gustine
The City of Gustine engaged Weist Law to develop a pension liability management policy and prepare for a taxable debt offering in order to mitigate unfunded accrued liability.

Humboldt Bay Harbor District
Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District engaged Weist Law to contribute to their team of consultants to work on the Humboldt Bay Offshore Wind and Heavy Lift Marine Terminal project.

Pacific Collegiate School
Weist Law supported Pacific Collegiate School in refinancing its existing debt into a more stable, fixed-rate structure. The transaction reduced annual debt service, eliminated letter of credit costs, and created greater long-term financial flexibility.
