Past Due Reports
If you have past due reports or are not sure if you have past due reports, Weist Law can do a compliance check-in for you with the MSRB and CDIAC. Our team can retroactively file old reports to make sure you stay up to date with reporting requirements.
Current Reports
CDIAC Annual Debt Transparency Reports are due January 31 of every year. Marks Roos Yearly Reports are due on October 31 of every year. Annual reports with MSRB are due on March 31 of every calendar year.
