Reporting requirements after a debt issuance can be daunting and time-consuming for staff, so we manage your ongoing reporting. After any debt issuance reporting is required to the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission (CDIAC) on an annual basis. If the debt was issued in the form of a public offering your agency as an issuer has ongoing reporting requirements with the Municipal Securities Rule Making Board (MSRB). Weist Law will manage every reporting requirement for your agency on an annual basis so your staff has one less worry.

Compliance Reporting

Past Due Reports

If you have past due reports or are not sure if you have past due reports, Weist Law can do a compliance check-in for you with the MSRB and CDIAC. Our team can retroactively file old reports to make sure you stay up to date with reporting requirements.

Current Reports

Continuing Disclosure Reports (CDRs) are typically due annually by March 31st. CDIAC Annual Debt Transparency Reports (ADTRs) are due by January 31st of every year. Marks Roos Yearly Fiscal Reports are due each year by October 31st .

Ongoing Reports

We file all ongoing CDRs, ADTRs and Fiscal Reports for you throughout the life of your debt on an annual basis with all applicable regulatory agencies. If elected, we also monitor for instances of "reportable events" to ensure compliance under CDRs.
