How to Go Green

USDA RESP Program

Rural communities with a limited population are eligible for 0% financing with the USDA for all energy efficiency projects. Weist Law manages the process from application to funding for your ease of borrowing.

Green Bonds

Green Bonds finance projects that help reduce the effects of climate change or protect the environment. They fall under the ESG category and can benefit investors by offsetting emissions in proportion to their outlay.

Additional Federal/State Funding

Weist Law continues to assist clients procure federal and/or state funding for alternative energy and energy efficiency projects through tax credits, grants and tax-exempt leveraged capital stacks.
